Vinge has advised Axcel and Netel in connection with Netel's acquisition of Telog Oy, where the current sellers retain a certain stake in the company. Telog Oy and its subsidiaries carry out consulting, construction, installation and maintenance within the sectors fixed telecom, mobile telecom and power grid infrastructure. Through this acquisition, Netel expands its business within these sectors in Finland and Estonia.

Vinge's team consisted of responsible partner Christina Kokko and associates Sofie Bjärtun and Johanna Wiberg, assisted by Krogerus (Finland).
