Vinge has advised Axcel and Netel in connection with the acquisition of all shares in ICT Construction AB and ICT Consulting AB. The companies carry out consulting, construction, installation and maintenance within the sectors data and telecom.

Vinge's team consisted of responsible partner Christina Kokko and associates Gustav Jönsson, Johanna Wiberg and Lova Unge.
