Vinge has advised American Melody Capital Partners

Vinge advised American Melody Capital Partners with affiliates in connection to a share issue of a value of approximately 2.2 MUSD as part of the purchase price of 6.2 MUSD for Melody’s sale of 40 oil- and gas leases in Texas, US to the Swedish listed company Matra Petroleum AB (publ). 

The Vinge team consisted of Anders Strid and Wibeke Sorling.

Vinge has advised Arkivia in connection with a SEK 40 million fundraising

 Vinge has advised the legal tech company Arkivia in connection with a fully subscribed share issue of SEK 40 million with new and existing shareholders. The round was led by node.vc. In connection with the share issue, Arkivia also entered into the Swedish Bar Association’s first framework agreement for a case management system.
