Vinge has advised Altair on its acquisition of assets from WRAP

The global technology company Altair has acquired the WRAP software business from Wrap International AB. The acquisition is a strategic complement to Altair’s portfolio.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Johan Larsson, Linda Sengul, Anna Thoms and Stina Bengtsson (M&A), Axel Jansson and Viktor Lennartsson (Banking and Finance), Malin Malm Waerme (IP), Victor Ericsson (Tax) and Sara Strandberg (Employment).
