Vinge has advised Advania Norge AS on the divestment of its Microsoft Dynamcis Business Solution business unit to Columbus Dynamics Norge AS.

Following the divestment, Advania Norway will focus on IT infrastructure services, Contact Centre solutions and strengthening its position as an independent software vendor for the real-estate market.

Vinge’s team comprised partner Peter Sundgren (M&A) and associates Filip Brosset (M&A) and Jolinn Uhlin (banking & finance).

The acquisition is a cash transaction and the parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
