Vinge has acted as counsel for VGS Aircraft Holdings subsidiary Olbia Limited

Vinge has acted as counsel for VGS Aircraft Holding (Ireland) Limited's subsidiary Olbia Limited in connection with the refinancing and lease of one aircraft of type Airbus A320-232 to the airline Zest Airways Inc. The lender to Olbia Limited is GE Japan Corporation. VGS Aircraft Holding (Ireland) Limited is a joint venture between Volito Aviation AB and a company within the Goldman Sachs Group.

Vinges team consisted of Henrik Ossborn and Johan Ragnar.
