Vinge assists Vostok New Ventures Ltd in connection with an investment in Voi

Vinge has assisted Vostok New Ventures Ltd (“Vostok”) in connection with an investment by a number of investors in Voi Technology AB, a company that provides an electric scooter sharing service.

Vostok is an investment and asset management company that invests in both private equity and public equity markets with a special focus on online marketplaces and businesses with strong network effects. The Swedish depository receipts of Vostok are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Mid Cap segment.

Vinge’s team consisted of Jesper Schönbeck, Joel Wahlberg, Samra Baytar and Stephanie Stiernstedt.
