Vinge assists Lantmännen in connection with issue of subordinated debentures

Lantmännen co operative association has published a prospectus in relation to an offer to subscribe for subordinated debentures.

The offer, which amounts to a maximum amount of SEK 250 million, is primarily directed to Lantmännen’s members − Swedish farmers − and full time group employees in Sweden. Vinge has assisted Lantmännen in connection with the offer.

Vinge’s team has primarily consisted of Jesper Schönbeck, Astrid Isberg, William Kåge and Sophia Reutercrona.
