Vinge assisted in a large asset backed funding of consumer loans

Vinge assisted the lender and the arranger in connection with a Sweden based NOK 2.4 billion asset backed funding of consumer loans originated by Nordax Finans AB (publ). Vinge's team consisted of Henrik Ossborn, Magnus Bigner and Johan Ragnar.
Vinge has advised Advania on the acquisition of Cortex Consult A/S, a Danish IT services company with more than 25 years of experience in managed IT services, cloud solutions and cybersecurity for customers across a range of industries.
Radonova Laboratories, a subsidiary of the Lagercrantz Group, has acquired all the shares in the Norwegian company Skandinavisk Radoninvest. Both companies operate in the field of radon measurement.
Swoosh is a leading provider of inspection, maintenance, and services for underground infrastructure in Sweden, delivering sewer pipe inspection, cleaning, repair, and maintenance to municipalities, industrial operators, and property owners across 23 sites nationwide. Swoosh today employs approximately 450 people and generates revenues of nearly SEK 700 million.
