Vinge assisted in a large asset backed funding of consumer loans

Vinge assisted the lender and the arranger in connection with a Sweden based NOK 2.4 billion asset backed funding of consumer loans originated by Nordax Finans AB (publ). Vinge's team consisted of Henrik Ossborn, Magnus Bigner and Johan Ragnar.
Vinge has advised Aspira Partners ("Aspira") on the establishment and fundraising of Aspira's inaugural blind-pool fund, Aspira Fund I (D) AB and Aspira Fund I (E) AB (collectively, "Fund I" or the "Fund").
Vinge has advised Consolid Equity on the sale of Road Mobility Services to Nalka. In connection with the transaction, Consolid, entrepreneurs and management will reinvest and remain as minority shareholders alongside Nalka as the new majority shareholder.
Vinge advises IK Partners and their portfolio company Selatek AB ("Selatek") in connection with the acquisition of JAMO SIKRING A/S ("Jamo Sikring"), a Danish specialist in the installation, maintenance and ongoing inspection of fire protection systems. The acquisition marks Selatek's establishment of operations in Denmark and strengthens the group's position in fire safety and security services in the Nordics.
