Vinge assist re:cap in the acquisition and project financing of the Bröcklingeberget wind farm

Vinge has adviced a fund administrated by re:cap global investors AG with the acquisition and project financing of the Bröcklingeberget wind farm. Developed by the Swedish wind power developer Arise AB (publ), the Bröcklingeberget wind farm will have a total effect of approximately 45 MW. Ringkjøbing Landbobank acted as lender.

The Vinge M&A team was led by Christoffer Thalin (Energy, M&A) who was supported by Mathias Lindquist (Environmental), Philip Åberg (Land, Grid) and Niklas Törnell (M&A).

The Vinge Banking & Finance team was led by Henrik Ossborn (Banking & Finance) who was supported by Fredrik Christiansson (Banking & Finance) and Jack Bengtsson (Banking & Finance).
