Vinge advises Viva Media in conjunction with its acquisition of Kalmar Kreation

Vinge has advised the marketing company Viva Media in conjunction with its acquisition of the advertising agency Kalmar Kreation.

Kreation consists of the subsidiary and film agency, Wedomotion. Following the transaction, Viva Media will have approximately 100 employees.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad and Nina Fathjalali.
