Vinge advises VINCI Airports in conjunction with the acquisition of Skavsta Flygplats

Vinge has advised the French airport operator VINCI Airports in connection with its acquisition of Airports Worldwide and thereby indirectly its ownership in the subsidiary Stockholm Skavsta Flygplats AB.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Johan Göthberg and counsel Joacim Rydergård together with, among others, Oscar Rydén, Rasmus Perdahl, Johan Cederblad, Elias Lundin, Sebastian Frisk, Kristoffer Larson, Lova Unge, Sophia Holm, Xandra Ståhlberg, Mattias Schömer and Andreas Lexhag.
