Vinge has advised VGS Aircraft Holding (Ireland) Limited’s subsidiaries, VGS Investments Five Limited in conjunction with the refinancing of an Airbus A319-100 aircraft, and VGS Aircraft Leasing One Limited in conjunction with the refinancing of an Airbus A320-200 aircraft.

The lender to the VGS companies is Q Aviation Finance.

VGS Aircraft Holding (Ireland) Limited is a 50/50 joint venture between Volito Aviation AB and a company within the Goldman Sachs Group.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Henrik Ossborn and associates Johan Ragnar and Susanne Samuelsson.
