Vinge is advising Verisure Securitas Direct in connection with the entry into of a co-operation with Falck regarding alarm services in Denmark and Norway.
As part of the co-operation, Verisure Securitas Direct has acquired an alarm services portfolio in Norway, Denmark and Sweden from Falck. Verisure Securitas Direct is a leading global supplier of connected home burglar alarm and fire alarm services as well as smart functionality for homes and businesses. Completion of the transaction is subject to approval by the salient public authorities.
