VINGE ADVISES USNR, LLC IN CONJUNCTION WITH ACQUISITION OF A.K. ERIKSSON AB

Vinge has advised the US company, USNR in conjunction with its acquisition of all shares in A.K. Eriksson AB from Cellwoodgruppen. A.K. Eriksson has approximately 200 employees at facilities located in Mariannelund and Söderhamn. The company’s turnover last year was approximately SEK 350 million. The acquisition has created the world’s largest sawmill equipment company.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associates Nicolina Kindblom (project manager), Alex Miler, Johanna Wiberg, Per Nydén and Marie Brommesson as well as paralegal Pernilla Warg.

Vinge, together with O’Melveny as lead counsel and Avance, worked with funds advised by Agilitas Private Equity LLP (“Agilitas”), the pan-European mid-market private equity firm, in their backing of Vivicta. The buy-out was previously announced on 24 March 2025 and closed on 2 September 2025.
