Vinge has advised UBS Limited, which acted as lender in connection with Nordax Sverige AB’s acquisition of consumer loans originally issued by Nordax Finans AB (publ). The credit facility amounts to SEK 500 000 000.

Vinge’s team consisted of Henrik Ossborn, Sofia Olsson, Magnus Bigner, Fredrik Christiansson and Maria Schultzberg (tax law).
