Vinge advises Trianon on its mandatory bid for Signatur Fastigheter

Fastighets AB Trianon has made a public mandatory bid for all shares in Signatur Fastigheter AB (publ).

The offer values all shares in Signatur Fastigheter at approximately SEK 717 million.

The Vinge team includes Christian Lindhé, Erik Sjöman and Agaton Lindgren.
