Vinge advises Tre Kronor Property in connection with the public offers from Svenska Handelsfastigheter and Trophi

LSTH Svenska Handelsfastigheter AB (publ) and Trophi Fastighets AB (publ), respectively, has announced public offers to the shareholders of Tre Kronor Property Investment AB (publ).

The offers values all outstanding shares in Tre Kronor Property at approx. SEK 1,552 million and approx. SEK 1,645 million, respectively.

The Vinge team includes Jesper Schönbeck, Rikard Lindahl and Clara Sohlberg.

Vinge has advised Gamma Waves on Sportway’s EUR 20 million financing round

 Vinge has acted as legal adviser to Gamma Waves in connection with Sportway’s EUR 20 million financing round. The round was led by Gamma Waves, together with continued participation from existing shareholders, and values Sportway at approximately EUR 92 million (around SEK 1 billion) post-money.
