VINGE ADVISES TRAVEAS ON MERGER WITH EVERYSPORT

November 24, 2015

Vinge and Navia Law have advised Traveas (listed on Aktietorget) in connection with the merger with a group of sports media companies packaged and consolidated under Everysport AB, which includes several popular sports media websites such as HockeySverige.se, Fotbolldirekt.se, Eliteprospects.com, Everysport.com and Goalwire.se. The merger is proposed to be effected through an issue in kind in Traveas directed to Everysport’s shareholders. The transaction is, among others things, conditional upon the adoption of the relevant resolutions at a general meeting of Traveas.

Vinge’s team consisted of partners Johan Winnerblad and Dain Hård Nevonen.
