Vinge advises Tobii in connecting with the acquisition of AutoSense from Xperi

Vinge has assisted Tobii AB in connection with the acquisition of the AutoSense business from Xperi Inc. The transaction accelerates Tobii’s path to leadership in the Automotive Interior Sensing market by combining the capabilities of Tobii and AutoSense.

The transaction is expected to close within 30 days and is subject to customary closing conditions.
Vinge’s team mainly consisted of Jesper Schönbeck, Amanda Knutsson, Joel Magnusson, Louise Brorsson Salomon and Karl-Gustaw Tobola.

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
