Vinge advises the venture capital company, Access Industries

Vinge has advised the U.S. based venture capital company, Access Industries in its acquisition of the mobile operator ICE.NET from the bankruptcy estate of Nordisk Mobiltelefon Sverige AB. The company conducts operator activities relating to mobile telephony, data communications and other related telecommunications services with advanced 3D technology, CDMA 2000 and radio transmissions on the 450Mhz low frequency band.

Vinge’s team consisted of partners Henrik Wenckert, Stefan de Hevesy, Carl Johan af Petersens and Robert Wikholm together with, among others, associates Anders Frick, Daniel Järmén and Anna Möller.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
