Vinge advises the Swedish Government in connection with the sale of Arbetslivsresurs AR AB (publ)

Vinge has advised the Swedish Government in connection with the sale of Arbetslivsresurs AR AB (publ) to SMTW Personal Holding AB for SEK 145 million. Arbetslivsresurs is engaged in development of organisations, outplacement and rehabilitation. The transaction is subject to approval by the Swedish Competition Authority.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Henrik Wenckert together with, among others, associates Philip Asmar and David Andersson. Carl Gustaf De Geer, generally responsible in Vinge’s assignments for the Swedish Government, has participated in the assignment.

Vinge advises Morrow Bank in connection with cross-border merger and list change from Oslo Børs to Nasdaq Stockholm

Vinge has advised Morrow Bank in connection with its reverse cross-border merger, whereby Morrow Bank AB is taking over Morrow Bank ASA. The Norwegian bank was previously listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange which was today transferred to Nasdaq Stockholm. Vinge has previously assisted Morrow Bank in obtaining a Swedish banking licence.
