Zitius Service Delivery AB is a broadband supplier which provides approximately 130 000 Swedish households with broadband services based on fiber internet connections. By virtue of the acquisition, Quadracom becomes Sweden’s largest independent broadband operator within open fiber internet based broadband networks.
Vinge’s team advising the shareholders of Zitius Service Delivery AB included partner Johan Winnerblad and associate Malin Winbom, among others, as well as project assistants Ida Norlin and Sara Andersson.
