Vinge advises the sellers in connection with the sale of WeHunt Nordic AB to Open Air Group AB

WeHunt Nordic AB is the developer of “WeHunt”, the leading hunting app in the Nordics, which, inter alia, allows hunters to see and share real time positions for the hunting team’s members and dogs. WeHunt has more than 300,000 users in more than 100 countries.

Vinge’s team consisted of Jonas Johansson together with Viktor Lennartsson (M&A), Viktoria Owetz Leyva (VDR) and Jasmina Skandrani (project assistant).

 The public takeover offer was announced by a consortium consisting of Triton Fund 6, Bolero, Patrick Comer and Brett Schnittlich. The offer values all shares in Cint at approximately SEK 1,989 million. The shares in Cint are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm, Mid Cap.

 On 22 April 2026, Nordea and SEB entered into a credit facility agreement in the aggregate amount of SEK 2,000,000,000 (with an accordion option for an additional SEK 400,000,000) with Humble Group AB (publ).
