Vinge advises the sellers in the sale of Larodan AB to ABITEC Corporation

Vinge advises the owners of Larodan AB in the sale of the company to ABITEC Corporation, a subsidiary in the listed corporate group Associated British Foods, plc (“ABF”).

Larodan AB develops, manufactures and sells a broad range of high purity lipids for research and analytical purposes to customers across the world. The transaction is of strategic importance for ABITEC and ABF, as it expands the group’s product portfolio and provides ABITEC with an R&D site in Europe.

The Vinge team consisted primarily of Jesper Ottergren, Victoria Johnsson Grossman and Charlotte Akej (M&A) and Daniel Melander Björner (Employment Law).
