Vinge advises the sellers in connection with the sale of Syntune AB

Vinge has advised the sellers in connection with the sale of Syntune AB. The sellers include InnKap 3 and Vision Capital III. The purchaser is Ignis ASA which is listed on Oslo Börsen.

Syntune was founded in 2003 and conducts laser and fiber optics operations.

Vinge’s team consisted of associate Katja Cato with Fredrik Sonander as the responsible partner.

 Vinge has advised IK Partners (“IK”) in connection with IK X Fund’s acquisition of SELATEK Holding AB (“Selatek”), a leading Swedish technical installation platform, from Amplio Private Equity AB and the minority shareholders.
