Vinge advises the sellers in connection with the acquisition of Panopticon Software AB by Datawatch Inc.

Panopticon had developed a world leading solution to deliver large amounts of real-time unstructured data through a visual discovery paradigm. The acquisition is structured as a share sale and is thus subject to approval by Datawatch’s shareholders and other customary conditions to closing.

Vinge’s team was led by partner Fredrick Sonander.
