Vinge has advised the sellers Ferno Norden AS and Ferno LLC in conjunction with the sale of AB Germa to ADDvise Group AB.

The target company manufactures and sells medical products, not least in respect of emergency medical care.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Olof Jisland and associate Anna Thoms.
