Vinge advises the owners of Hantverksdata in the sale to Adelis Equity Partners

Hantverksdata is one of the Nordic region’s leading suppliers of administrative software developed for the craftsman sectors.

 

The company is a market leader within the electricity, heating, ventilation and sanitation, painting and glazing sectors with its module structure system although the company also conducts operations within the service and construction sectors such as alarms, flooring, sheet-metal, ventilation, lifts and construction. Hantverksdata has approximately 4000 corporate customers and around 3500 users.

Vinge’s team consists of Johan Winnerblad, Alex Miler, Karl Klackenberg and Vilhelm Rondahl.

Vinge has advised SBP Kredit AB (publ) in connection a securitisation with a Nordic bank as senior lender

The agreement covers a total amount of SEK 1 billion and creates conditions for significantly increased lending capacity. The agreement has been structured in accordance with the EU Securitisation Regulation and enables qualified loans to be continuously transferred to a special purpose vehicle within the SBP group.
