Vinge advises the owner of By Malina in connection Stella Capital’s majority investment in the company

Vinge advises the founder and owner of By Malina AB in connection with Stella Capital AB’s majority investment in the company.

By Malina AB was founded in 2010 and operates within fashion sales under the brand By Malina. The founder will remain in her current role in the development of By Malina AB.

Vinge’s team consisted of Joacim Rydergård, Clara Sohlberg and Philip Moré.
