Vinge has advised the NorgesInvestor group in connection with the sale of Visual Conference Group (“VCG”) to Interroute Communications Limited. VCG is Sweden’s leading supplier of video conferencing systems.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner, Malin Leffler, and associates Martin Hall, Peter Sundgren and Louise Markgren.
