Vinge advises the international defence solutions company, Saab AB

Vinge partner, Christina Kokko, is acting for the international defence solutions company, Saab AB in connection with the sale of Saab’s 42.4 per cent shareholding in the system engineering company, Grintek Ewation, to Cassidian ( a division within EADS). The transaction is expected to be completed during the second quarter of 2011.
