Vinge advises Temporent AB on the acquisition of a modular lettings business from Hyraktiebolaget Bröderna Andréasson

Vinge is advising Temporent AB on the acquisition of a modular lettings business from Hyraktiebolaget Bröderna Andréasson in Borås. The business is acquired through a purchase of the company Liacon AB at a price of appr. MSEK 23.

Temporent is represented by partner Michael Wigge assisted by associate Erik Plith.
