Teleca AB, a leading supplier of solutions and services to the mobile phone industry, has acquired Surfkitchen Limited which delivers services to mobile phone operators.
Vinge advised Teleca AB in conjunction with the acquisition. Vinge’s team consisted of Peter Oscarsson and Erik Sjöman.
