Eltel Networks Infranet AB has entered into an agreement with TDC Sverige to acquire TDC Sverige’s installation operations. The transaction entails that Eltel Networks will also acquire TDC Sverige’s service commitments in respect of several small company telecommunications exchanges. The transaction affects 116 persons within TDC’s Swedish operations all of whom will be offered employment with Eltel Networks.
Vinge’s team advising TDC Sverige included partner Johan Winnerbald, associate Per Larsson and project assistant Sara Andersson.
