Vinge advises TDC Song on the sale of its private customers

Vinge advises TDC Song on the sale of its private customers to AllTele. TDC is winding up all its activities with respect to private households outside Denmark in order to focus on the corporate market. Through this acquisition, AllTele will take over appr. 24,000 private ADSL and IP telephony customers on the Swedish market.

TDC Song is represented by partner Johan Winnerblad and Johan Larsson.
