Vinge has advised TDC Sverige AB in connection with the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Viridis IT AB, a company based in Malmö. Viridis IT primarily conducts operations within computer centres, managed services and cloud solutions and has been designated as one of Dagens Industri’s Gazelle Companies in 2013 and 2014.
Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associates Filip Öhrner and Amanda Winberg.
