Vinge has advised TAAKT AG in conjunction with the acquisition of Runelandhs Försäljnings AB from Brady Corporation.

Runelandhs Försäljnings AB is a distance sales undertaking which sells equipment and furnishings to the companies and municipalities via catalogues and e‑trading.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Matthias Pannier, Samra Baytar, Hannah Kajlinger, Nicklas Thorgerzon, Sophia Holm and Frida Ställborn.
