Vinge advises Symrise on its mandatory bid for Swedencare

Symrise AG has made a public mandatory bid for all shares in Swedencare AB (publ).

The offer values all shares in Swedencare at approximately SEK 5.96 billion.

The Vinge team includes Jesper Schönbeck, Linnéa Sellström, Benjamin Vafaeian and Isabell Anstrin.
