Vinge advises Sydsvenska Dagbladet in connection with the sale of Skånemedia

Vinge has advised Sydsvenska Dagbladet AB in connection with the sale of Skånemedia AB to Gota Media and the Stiftelsen Kristianstadpress foundation. Skånemedia publishes several newspapers including Kristianstadbladet, Ystads Allehanda and Trelleborgs Allehanda. The transaction is subject to approval by the Swedish Competition Authority.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Malin Leffler and associates Nicolina Kindblom, David Andersson and Jonas Johansson.
