Vinge advises Svenska Hus in connection with acquisition of properties in Skåne

Vinge has advised Svenska Hus in connection with the acquisition of 64 000 sq. m. of properties in Skåne for SEK 530 million. The seller is Property Group and the properties are located in Malmö, Lund, Hässleholm and Hörby.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Fredrik Sonander together with, among others, associate Ingrid Johansson.
