Vinge advises Svensk Stålinredning AB in asset transfer acquisition

Vinge has advised Svensk Stålinredning AB, a subsidary of Lagercrantz Group, in connection with the acquisition of the assets of Frontwall i Anderstorp AB. Frontwall specialises in the design and delivery of shop interiors including, among other things, shop-in-shop solutions and product displays.

Vinge’s team advising Svensk Stålinredning AB consisted of responsible partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associate Louise Markgren.

Vinge advises Revivo Group on the acquisition of Solidenergy

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
