Vinge advises Sveafastigheter on establishment of MTN-programme and issuance of green bonds totalling SEK 1.2 billion

Vinge has advised Sveafastigheter AB (publ) (“Sveafastigheter”) on the establishment of a medium-term note programme (the “MTN-programme”) within a framework of SEK 8 billion and the issuance of green senior unsecured bonds totalling SEK 1.2 billion

The base prospectus for the MTN-programme was approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on 15 May 2025. In connection with the programme, Sveafastigheter has established a green bond framework enabling the issuance of green bonds. Swedbank is acting as arranger under the MTN-programme and will together with Nordea and SEB act as dealers.

On May 22, 2025, Sveafastigheter issued green senior unsecured bonds totalling SEK 1.2 billion under its MTN-programme, with maturities of 3 and 5 years. The 3-year bonds of SEK 900 million has an interest rate of 3-month STIBOR plus 1.85%, while the 5-year bonds of SEK 300 million has an interest rate of 3-month STIBOR plus 2.25%. The proceeds from the bond issuance will be used in accordance with Sveafastigheter's green bond framework.

Vinge advises Armada Investment AG on its investment in Studsvik

Armada Investment AG, the Zurich-based entrepreneurial investment firm led by Daniel S. Aegerter, has increased its shareholding in Studsvik to 29.9% of outstanding shares. The investment builds on Armada's initial 9.9% stake acquired in February 2025. The shares of Studsvik are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. Armada has invested across the nuclear supply chain for over a decade, with portfolio companies including Oklo, Commonwealth Fusion Systems, Proxima Fusion, Last Energy, and Blykalla.
