Vinge advises SunPine AB and its shareholders

Vinge has advised SunPine AB, a company conducting operations in the biodiesel industry and the company’s shareholders (Sveaskog Förvaltnings Aktiebolag (publ), Södra Skogsägarana co-operative association, Preem Aktiebolag (publ) and Kiram AB) in a joint venture with Lawter BVBA (a subsidiary of Harima Chemical Group Inc.) regarding the construction of a resin plant at SunPine’s facility in Piteå.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, partners Malin Ohlin and Christina Kokko and associates Christian Hybbinette, Claes Henriksson, Jonatan Lund Kirkhoff and Mårten Svensson.

Vinge has advised Acrinova AB (publ) in connection with its voluntary share redemption offering. The offer comprised approximately one-third of the shares in Acrinova, and the acceptance rate reached approximately 97.34 percent, representing a redemption value of approximately SEK 367.4 million.
