Vinge advises Sun Microsystems, Inc. on acquisition of MySQL AB

Vinge acts as Swedish counsel to Sun Microsystems, Inc. in connection with the acquisition of MySQL AB. The transaction is valued at USD 1 billion.

The Vinge team advising Sun Microsystems, Inc. includes corporate partners Christoffer Saidac and Jan Byström and corporate associates Martin Hall, Sara Khalil and Martina Engström.
