Vinge advises Sobro in connection with acquisition of Candidator AB

Vinge has advised the investment company, Sobro, which is owned by the bothers Ragnar and Per-Olof Söderberg and Mikael Ludvigson, in connection with the acquisition of Candidator AB together with the company’s two founders and CEO. Candidator provides complete IT environment, telephony and outsourcing solutions to small and medium-sized companies in Sweden.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associates Gustav Jönsson and Karl Hahtovirta.
