Vinge advises Snow Software AB’s owners

Vinge has advised Snow Software AB’s owners in connection with the investment in the company by funds managed by Vitruvian Partners. Snow Software is a leading supplier of software asset management solutions.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Daniel Rosvall together with, among others, counsel Maria Schultzberg, associates Charlotta Järnstedt and Philip Assmar and project assistant Annika Johnson.

 Revivo Group, a portfolio company of Helix Kapital, has acquired Solidenergy, a leading provider of surface treatment services in the Norwegian market. The company operates within the energy, offshore and infrastructure sectors and is headquartered in Ågotnes outside Bergen. Solidenergy employs approximately 600 people.
