Vinge advises SMA Nordic in connection with the sale of SMA Maskin Sverige

Vinge has advised SMA Nordic AB in connection with the sale of SMA Maskin Sverige AB to Toyota Material Handling Europe AB. SMA Maskin Sverige AB conducts operations relating to, among other things, the sale, servicing and repair of trucks.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Henrik Wenckert together with associate Maria Eierborg.
