Vinge advises Skyways on acquisition of City Airline

Vinge advises Skyways in connection with the acquisition of City Airline from the management. City Airline is based at Gothenburg Landvetter Airport with direct services to Manchester, Birmingham, Lyon, Prague, Helsinki, Zürich, Tallinn, Umeå, Luleå, Sundsvall, Nice, Åre/Östersund, Visby, Palma, Barcelona, Bergen, Stavanger and Malaga.

Vinge’s team is headed by partner Pontus Enquist and includes, among others, Jesper Schönbeck, Jakob Warren, Oskar Belani and Charlotta Järnstedt. Johan Karlsson and Helena Höök (competition law), Emma Stuart-Beck (aviation) and Annie Koch (employment law) are also on the team.

The transaction positions Morrow Bank as a leading Nordic platform in consumer finance with combined gross loans of SEK 28.2 billion.
