Vinge advises Skanska

Vinge has advised Skanska in connection with the sale of the office premises Klipporna to Ikano for SEK 1 billion.

The property is situated close to Hyllie station in Malmö and consists of three floors and a total area of 19 000 square meters of office space. The tenants are Ikano, IKEA, Skanska, Siemens and AAK.

Vinge partner Sofia Olsson acted for Skanska.
